Dr. Rose-Scarlett has held diverse clinical, academic, and leadership roles, including Chief Resident at the University Hospital of the West Indies, Consultant at Mandeville Regional Hospital, and Board Member of the Institute of Vocational and Professional Training. With a dedicated focus on Cardiovascular Medicine, she continues to advance public health through research, participation in task forces, and active involvement in professional organizations, while further developing her expertise in Cardiology.
